Pride and cheerfulness permeates the culture and a lighthearted nature lives within its people. Love for country and family stands out. Family and friends are loyal. People have permission to tease and joke with one another. Mexico City is a place where the sun smiles, the plants have freedom to stretch, and joy rings throughout.
